Why appoint a Migration Agent?

The decision to immigrate is one of the most important decisions in your life.
It really is a life-changing landmark.
For something so important in your life, would you leave it to chance
or
would you seek professional help?

 What is a Migration Agent?

Migration Agents are simply the immigration professionals, licensed to give you immigration advice.

The Australian Immigration law and the Australian Visa system are both very complex and changing at a very fast rate, to accommodate the changing necessities of our country. The profession of Migration Agent was born as a result of the ever-growing complexity of the Australian immigration system. There are many thousands of pages of law and then there are even more thousands of pages of the Department of Home Affairs policy about the way the law should or should not be applied.

Professional Migration Agents are specifically trained to know, understand and apply the complex and often complicated legal requirements involved in immigration.

This is what Migration Agents can do for you:

>  Accurately evaluate and assess your migration needs

>  Select the best option available to you based on your specific background and circumstances, after careful consideration of the very complex, often complicated
and ever changing Australian immigration legislation

>  Make your migration experience stress free, doing for you all the time consuming work required for a visa application

>  Represent you at the Migration Review Tribunal (MRT), in the unwanted case of a declined visa (when the law allows MRT review)

>  Make submissions on your behalf, in various cases as: when you need health
or
character waivers, when a Minister submission is your last chance, etc.

This is what Migration Agents can NOT do for you:

Please be aware of the fact that no one can guarantee you an Australian Visa. The Visa decision is taken at the Department of Home Affairs- Immigration, after an objective consideration of your specific circumstances and a multitude of legal factors and policies that apply at the time of your application assessment.

Appointing a Migration agent will add essential value to your application /

immigration problem and will maximize your chances to find the best-suited solution.

Who am I? Why choose MV Migration Visa Solutions?

My name is Viorica Moga. I am an Australian Registered Migration Agent  from Melbourne Australia.

I immigrated to Australia more than 25 years ago, coming from an European country.

I am a mathematician. For many years I had a successful career as an Information Technology professional in Australia (Melbourne and Sydney) and Ireland (Dublin). I always loved my profession in computers, however what it did not give me was: more opportunities to work directly with and for people (and not for huge impersonal financial companies) and be able to use my expertise to help people achieve their dreams.

When I first learnt about the profession of Migration Agent, I instantly knew that I wanted to pursue it. That was because this profession more than any other seemed to reunite all my skills and strengths and was the exact opportunity to work with people that I had wished for.

So for once more I have taken the university path and completed the "Migration Law and Practice" studies at the Faculty of Business and Law - Victoria University - Melbourne.

And that's how I’ve become a migration agent.

What I bring to this profession is not just the specialized Immigration Law studies, but also a vast experience
in the Australian corporate world, my impeccable work ethic and integrity and my genuine desire and pleasure to help people in their endeavor to change their lives to the best they can.

What I also bring to this profession is "the knowing": I have been a migrant myself and I understand every single stage that a migrant goes through because I have experienced it myself. That puts me in a much better position to understand and help my clients.

And last but not least, this profession is also a great opportunity to help bring to Australia the people we need here, and so a chance for me to give back to this wonderful country that adopted me and my family more than 25 years ago.
